Job Title: Claims Coordinator
Location: Mason, OH
Pay Rate: $18.79/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (or 8am–4:30pm), on-site required

About the Role:
Join Team Vision as a Claims Coordinator! In this temporary position, you’ll support our claims processing team by entering and validating claims data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This is an on-site position in Mason, OH, with the chance for a hybrid schedule after a few months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently process claims and make adjustments as needed

  • Maintain accuracy and productivity standards

  • Assist with non-complex claims projects

  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide great customer service

  • Adapt to new plans and procedures quickly

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Good computer/data entry skills (Excel, Access) – data entry test scores must be listed on your resume

  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Customer service mindset

  • Ability to work fully onsite (with possible hybrid after training)
