Join Our Team as a Call Center Lead Administrator!
Payrate: $21.63-28.85 an hour
Temp-Hire/ Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Longview, TX

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist homeowners with questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued.

  • Tackle customer issues with innovative solutions that leave smiles behind.

  • Keep up to date with the latest home improvement technologies and services.

  • Work closely with our sales and installation teams to keep communication flowing smoothly.

  • Track interactions, inquiries, and appointments in our CRM system.

  • Collect customer insights to help us improve our products and services.

  • Occasionally attend home shows and festivals (weekend availability required).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer support is a must; home improvement experience is a bonus!

  • Know how to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently and accurately.

  • Impress us with clear, professional, and friendly communication.

  • Analyze issues, find solutions, and deliver outstanding results.

  • Connect with customers and handle challenges with a positive attitude.

  • Juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

  • Work seamlessly with a collaborative and supportive team.

  • Comfortable with CRM software, databases, and other digital tools.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

  • Bilingual skills are a bonus!
