Kelly Services is seeking any CNC Technician on behalf of a locally owned, solutions-driven manufacturer in Streetsboro known for its precision CNC machining, electro-mechanical assembly, and custom fabrication.
Pay: $22.00 – $32.00 Based on Experience
Shift:
- Monday – Thursday 2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 2pm-12am
- Training 1st Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm with voluntary OT at 5am and/or until 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines with engineering support and training.

Conduct 1st piece and in-process inspections to verify prints and specifications.

Maintain accurate documentation, production records, and piece counts.

Change cutting tools as required.

Uphold 5S standards: maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and machine tools.

Move materials within the facility using pallet jack or tow motor.

Assist in other shop functions as needed.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or machining certification preferred. Basic shop math and computer skills.

Proficiency with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).

Familiarity with basic hand tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours minimum.

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. without the support of Crane or Hoist.
