Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays required)

Role Overview
The Production Operator is a critical member of our manufacturing team, responsible for the safe and efficient handling of raw materials and the packaging of finished goods. This is a Temp-to-Hire role, offering a pathway to a permanent career with a global industry leader.
Key Responsibilities

Material Handling: Charge raw materials into blending operations and move materials between warehousing and production areas.

Equipment Operation: Operate industrial machinery including mixers, blenders, furnaces, and mills.

Packaging: Package and palletize finished products according to customer specifications.

Quality Assurance: Perform in-process quality checks (density testing, particle sizing) and maintain accurate batch records/lot numbers.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain high housekeeping standards (sweeping, shoveling, and cleaning equipment) to ensure a hazard-free environment.

Logistics: Regularly operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move heavy materials (training provided).
Requirements & Qualifications

Safety Mindset: A “Safety First” attitude with the ability to strictly follow EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols.

Respirator Requirement: This role requires the ability to pass a pulmonary function test and wear a respirator on occasion (provided by the company) due to dust or fumes.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, shovel, and lift up to 55 lbs continuously throughout a 10-hour shift.

Environment: Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled (hot/cold) industrial plant environment.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Reliability: Strong attendance record and the flexibility to work Saturdays when production demands increase.
