Contract Benefits Coordinator
Location: Plainview, TX
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: Through end of June
Overview:
Kelly Services is now seeking a dedicated Contract Benefits Coordinator to join one of our premier clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various employee benefits programs and serving as a key resource for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and wellness plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing education on benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and management to evaluate and recommend benefits enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits administration.
- Assist in the annual benefits enrollment process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in benefits administration or HR preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is a plus.
