? Pay Rate: $17.61/hour
? Shift: Production shift (ASAP start – assigned based on site needs)
? Employment Type: Contract / Production Role
? Work Setup: Onsite | Manufacturing Environment

?? What’s a typical day as a Trimmer / Shooter? You will:
Operate foam dispensing equipment to fill molds in the production process.
Trim, tuck, and line molds to ensure proper shaping and product quality.
De-mold finished products and transfer them for secondary processing.
Inspect items for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
Maintain clean, organized work areas following 6S standards.
Record production data and complete basic quality documentation.
Support team members and assist with training when needed.

? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of manufacturing or production experience (entry-level friendly).
Basic mechanical or electrical understanding.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (helpful but not required).
