Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Noon – 8:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What a Typical Day Looks Like
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
- Take customer orders and provide pricing information
- Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Generate business leads and communicate opportunities to sales
- Create orders, procure loads, negotiate, and resolve shipment issues
- Update customers on shipment status via phone and email
This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of logistics experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and can prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
