Put your career in motion with a great, new opportunity. Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as an Assembler I (Shooter/Trimmer) with a global manufacturer of industrial packaging systems and protective solutions supporting manufacturing and logistics operations worldwide.

? Pay Rate: $17.61/hour
? Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
? Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (3-month initial contract)
? Work Setup: Onsite, manufacturing environment
?? What’s a typical day as an Assembler I? You will:
Operate foam molding equipment by shooting foam into molds.
Line molds with film, tuck, and trim materials to ensure proper fit.
De-mold finished products and place them in bins for secondary processing.
Maintain mold cleanliness to ensure product quality and consistency.
Inspect components and finished products for defects and discrepancies.
Document production processes, test results, and quality issues.
Record daily production data accurately.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 6S standards.
Assist in training less experienced team members as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
High School Diploma or GED.
0–1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience.
Electrical or mechanical aptitude or experience.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots required).
