Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40–$45 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Schenectady, NY

What’s a typical day as a Primavera P6 Scheduler? You’ll be:
- Developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules for multiple wind energy projects using Primavera P6.
- Tracking progress and resource utilization while providing weekly and monthly updates, variance reports, and analytics for performance tracking.
- Coordinating and communicating with project managers, engineers, procurement, and logistics teams to gather updates and align schedules.
- Facilitating schedule review meetings, performing critical path analysis and risk assessments, and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Generating dashboards, schedule performance metrics (SPI, earned value, float), and look-ahead schedules.
- Maintaining and optimizing scheduling templates, coding structures, and reporting standards, leveraging best practices in Primavera P6.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management); or 2 years of relevant experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure project scheduling and planning.
- Bring proven hands-on expertise with Primavera P6—especially in schedule management, resource allocation, and cost controls.
- Are proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Can communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of internal colleagues and stakeholders.
- Are fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of project controls, WBS, resource and cost loading, and baseline management (preferred).
- Thrive under pressure, effectively manage multiple deadlines, and consistently follow through on commitments.
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Are a self-starter eager to learn and drive continuous improvement.
