Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28.93/hr – $31.24/hr, depending on shift
1st Shift: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start time for 6–8 weeks
2nd Shift: Approximately 2:30 PM – Midnight
Schedule: 9/80 (every other Friday off); occasional Friday, weekend, and call-in work required
Must be able to work 2nd shift after training, with flexibility for weekends/call-ins

What’s a typical day as Technical Support Associate? You’ll be:
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electronic, mechanical, and automated manufacturing equipment
- Leading or supporting installation and upgrades of new or existing production equipment
- Developing and following preventive maintenance procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
- Using multimeters, current probes, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose complex issues
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Supporting layout planning, capital equipment procurement, and documentation updates
- Participating in call-in and weekend work as needed to support critical operations
- Following all OSHA and safety protocols
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or production setting (must have)
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (must have)
- Have experience working with automated equipment, control systems, and high-voltage systems (480V, 208V, 110V, and DC voltages) (must have)
- Are proficient with multimeters, current probes, diagnostic instruments, and reading schematics/technical drawings (must have)
- Have an Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field (must have)
- Are able to work from schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and verbal instructions
- Are experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and working independently with minimal supervision
- Can work 2nd shift after initial training and are flexible for weekend/call-in requirements
- Are comfortable working in a hands-on, high-voltage environment—this is not a desk or technician helper role
- Are a US Citizen (must have due to work environment)
