Pay Rate: $80-90K or above based on experience
1st shift, 6am-3:00pm

What’s a typical day as a Quality Supervisor? You’ll be:

  • Leading and supervising the quality assurance team, providing training, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews.

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks to QA staff, ensuring all quality assurance processes are followed and standards are met.

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in line with company goals and industry regulations.

  • Overseeing the inspection and testing of products at various production stages and resolving quality issues, non-conformities, or complaints.

  • Managing disposition of non-conforming material in the Material Review area.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure consistent quality.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess product quality and preparing detailed reports on performance and improvement areas.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and boost customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory quality standards.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a background in Quality Assurance or equivalent work experience.

  • Possess at least 3+ years of supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of quality standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean Six Sigma) and regulatory requirements.

  • Are familiar with statistical analysis, data interpretation, and quality control tools (root cause analysis, control charts).

  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Work effectively under pressure and can manage multiple priorities.

  • Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

  • (Preferred) Hold certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQE).

  • (Preferred) Have experience with manufacturing assembly processes.
