Job details

Kelly seeks a hands-on, detail-driven Production Material Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely material flow to production lines. Key duties include maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and driving process improvements.

Pay Rate: $28-30/hr
1st shift, 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure materials are available and matched to production schedules

  • Execute goods movements and maintain real-time inventory in SAP/ERP

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, documenting and implementing corrective actions

  • Support inventory counts/audits, verify incoming materials, and maintain labeling/storage

  • Identify and implement improvements in material handling and process efficiency

  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to address shortages and risks

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience

  • SAP/ERP and strong Excel skills

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable

  • Preferred: Electronics/electromechanical manufacturing experience, familiarity with Lean/5S/CI tools, workflow software experience

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of hands/tools
