Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour
Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm
Location: Rockledge, FL

What’s a typical day as Cabinet Builder? You’ll be:
- Preparing, positioning, and assembling cabinetry parts according to product order specifications
- Supporting the organization’s CARE values by committing to producing a quality product
- Assembling base and wall cabinets following production standards and specifications
- Utilizing pre-kitted carts for efficient cabinet box assembly
- Attaching parts and subassemblies with glue, dowels, nails, screws, and/or clamps to complete units
- Maintaining high levels of precision and craftsmanship during the assembly process
- Meeting daily output goals and adhering to all production schedules
- Communicating effectively with team members and completing other related duties as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in woodworking or carpentry (preferred but not required)
- Possess basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment
- Can accurately read measuring devices (tape measures, straight rules, levels) and perform basic math for measurements
- Are able to identify and use proper tools for each task
- Can lift/move more than 50 lbs. and stand, walk, stoop, and perform physical motions for extended periods
- Are detail oriented and committed to producing quality work
- Are willing to work in non-air-conditioned and air-conditioned environments while adhering to strict safety requirements (safety glasses, ear plugs, safety shoes, and other PPE as required)
