Job Title: Operations Support Associate
Location: Houston TX 77032
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: USD $23.00 – $25.00/hr
Contract: 6 months
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of operations, administrative, or customer support experience
• High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with related experience
• Strong ERP skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with Field Service or CRM tools such as Microsoft Field Service or Microsoft CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of general business concepts
Responsibilities:
• Support sales and branch operations through data management and administrative support
• Review, analyze, and cleanse data
• Resolve customer issues and administrative discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal and external customers
• Provide support to service centers as needed
• Handle exception reporting for non-compliant purchase orders
• Resolve issues from third-party order processors
• Create orders for quoted jobs or installations in SAP
• Submit invoices through vendor portals
• Support customer master data workflows
• Assist with the coordination of operational activities and documentation
• Support the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager with office and administrative tasks
• Help communicate and implement company policies, procedures, and operational strategies
• Suggest improvements to processes, methods, and working conditions to improve efficiency
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies
