Salary: $55,000 – $68,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Inside Sales) to provide customer support and manage orders for a growing manufacturing team in Franklin, NH. This role is focused on assisting customers, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates
- Enter and maintain orders in EPICS or similar systems, reviewing drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams
- Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedited requests
- Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems
- Ability to learn and understand technical drawings and extrusion processes
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
