CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of CNC Machinist experience
- 5 Axis experience required
- Basic troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Ability to modify G code programs
- High School Diploma or GED
JOB DETAILS:
- $30 – $35/hr
- Temp-to-hire
- 2nd shift 3pm-11:00pm
- Will train on 1st shift
- Located in New Albany, IN 47150
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as Mazak mills, Mikino sinkers, wire and/or Okuma/Hwacheon to perform task
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure they remain in good working conditions
- Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions
- Resolve any machining issues and optimize processes
- Ability to assist others while maintaining own productivity and run several machines at once
- Capable of training all task levels 1-3
