Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to provide school-based services for a local school district this summer, ESY.
Program Hours, Dates, and Details:
- 3 Days of Training: June 23-25, 2026
- 4 Day Work Weeks: Monday-Thursday (no nights/weekends!)
- 5 Weeks of Work: June 29 to July 30, 2026
- Hours: Paraeducators (Teacher Assistants) 8:45-2:45, Teachers 8:30-3:00, Related Services are flexible

- We offer competitive rates with compensation for direct AND indirect time. Such as, treatment sessions, documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing.
- This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility.
- Kelly Pediatric Therapy provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.
- School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.
- Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing children’s skills and learning requirements
- Designing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with parents and school staff to track students progress
