If you’re the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and enjoys being the go to for getting things organized, this role might be a great fit. We are looking for a Talent Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and a positive energy to the hiring process while creating a great experience for candidates and internal teams.
Overview:
- Temporary assignment for 6 to 9 months
- Working onsite in Duluth, Minnesota
- Schedule: 8am to 5pm
- Pay $30 per hour
Key responsibilities:
Interview coordination and scheduling
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and roles
- Keep schedules aligned even as availability shifts and priorities change
- Communicate updates, confirmations, and logistics clearly and promptly
- Create polished calendar invites and interview communications
- Stay on top of details across multiple calendars, time zones, and formats
Candidate and team communication
- Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Support hiring managers and interviewers with timely updates and reminders
- Help create a welcoming and professional candidate experience
Pre hire and onboarding support
- Assist with onboarding tasks and background check tracking when needed
- Support I-9 coordination, document tracking, and onboarding preparation
- Help with new hire orientation logistics and materials
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all pre hire activities
Operations and administrative support
- Process and track invoices related to recruiting and background services
- Keep documentation organized and ready for reconciliation or audit
- Support updates in systems such as iCIMS and UKG to maintain accurate data
- Pitch in on general coordination and team support as needed
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- One to two years of experience in a fast paced coordination or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication style
- Comfort working with data, reports, and basic metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to collaborate effectively and stay composed when priorities shift
