Job Title: Field Models – Data Collection (Blue River Technologies, a John Deere Subsidiary)
Location: Valier, Montana
Compensation: $24/hour
Paid travel time: 2 additional hours per scheduled day
Summary:
Kelly is seeking reliable individuals to serve as “Models” for a data collection project with Blue River Technologies, a subsidiary of John Deere. This temporary assignment involves working outdoors in agricultural fields to support the development of safety training data for advanced machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk, sit, or stand in agricultural fields as directed
- Pose according to cue cards while data capture utility vehicles (UTVs) equipped with lights and cameras record from multiple angles
- Collaborate with the Blue River Technologies team and comply with all safety guidelines
- No operation of vehicles or farm equipment required
Pay & Schedule:
- $24 per hour for up to 6 hours per shift
- Additional 2 hours of total travel time paid per scheduled day
- Assignments available for up to 5 days, depending on your availability
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work outdoors in potentially rough terrain for up to 6 hours
- Comfortable wearing data collection clothing and safety equipment as needed
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions carefully
- Must sign a photo release form
Dress Code:
- Closed-toed shoes and long pants are required
- Dress appropriately for the weather (jackets, vests, hats, etc.)
- Additional safety gear and data collection apparel will be provided
