Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse associate
Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 3pm-Finish (30 hrs week)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Material Handler you will be a vital part of an employee-owned company. You will ensure products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow into higher-level positions within a stable, successful organization.
Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and push carts.

Inventory Management: Receive and store incoming material according to WMS processes; conduct regular cycle counts.

Shipping & Receiving: Select, pack, and palletize shipments; handle less-than-truckload (LTL) sorting and packing.

Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work environment, follow all safety protocols, and perform daily equipment inspections.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred. Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.

Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, lifting various loads, and staying active throughout the shift in varying warehouse temperatures.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to use technology and handheld devices for inventory tracking.

Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of excellent attendance.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment physical, 7-year national criminal background check, and 5-panel drug screen.
