Production Operator – 3rd shift
Schedule & Role Type

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (3rd Shift).

Status: W2 – temporary role for 3 months only.
Qualifications
-
Education: High School Diploma (required); some technical or college coursework (preferred).
-
Experience: 1+ years of work experience and a Forklift License.

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency (MS Office/ERP). Ability to perform intermediate math (decimals, fractions, and S.I. units).

Soft Skills: Team-oriented communicator who adapts well to shifting priorities, handles stress effectively, and takes initiative to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing: Execute routine production tasks (weighing, mixing, forming, drying) for catalyst carriers following strict procedures.

Logistics & Quality: Operate forklifts, submit/test product samples via ERP, and manage customer shipments.

Maintenance & 5S: Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S) and perform basic, non-specialized machinery maintenance.

Documentation & Safety: Keep accurate digital/written records and strictly adhere to all EHS and regulatory protocols.
