We are especially looking for talent that have fast paced document scanning experience!
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20.00/hour
Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
What’s a typical day as Document Control Assistant? You’ll be:
- Operating high-volume scanning equipment to digitize documents.
- Reviewing scanned images for quality and accuracy.
- Organizing and labeling digital files for easy retrieval.
- Handling confidential documents with care and discretion.
- Remaining focused while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous scanning, office, or production experience (preferred but not required).
- Possess basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Are reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Can sit and work for long periods of time.
- Can pass an interview, background check, and I-9 verification.
