Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $65.00 per hour
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

What’s a typical day as Compensation Analyst? You’ll be:
- Advanced or Fluent in Spanish
- Ensuring competitive benefits plans by participating in negotiations and renewals, integrating new programs, and creating benefits campaigns that reinforce total rewards.
- Managing benefit providers and brokers for life, medical, dental, and car insurance, including tracking policies, consents, billing, and renewals.
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and separations by analyzing compensation and benefits data, proposing harmonization solutions, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Administering employee benefits such as savings funds, loans, and withdrawals, and coordinating timely benefit payments.
- Acting as PMO for Day 1-Readiness, supporting knowledge transfer and process build-outs.
- Preparing reports on personnel costs, increases, bonuses, and other indicators to support decision-making and budget alignment.
- Managing employee recognition programs and benefit promotions to enhance the employee value proposition.
- Auditing operational processes and escalating issues as needed to maintain service quality.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree (required).
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, or HR administration.
- Demonstrate expertise in the administration and implementation of fixed and variable compensation plans.
- Have experience with insurable plans and benefits/pension programs, particularly with knowledge of local laws and regulations in Mexico.
- Are skilled in managing benefit providers and organizing communication campaigns for compensation and benefits.
- Speak advanced or fluent Spanish.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
