We are currently seeking Entry-Level Facilities Maintenance Techs to join our team at a large IT manufacturing facility in Georgetown! (MUST have either previous maintenance, construction or relevant experience to be considered!)

Schedule/Pay:

  • 2nd shift: Monday-Friday/3:00pm-11:45pm/$20.70 Hour 

  • 3rd shift: Monday-Friday/11:00pm-7:45am/$22.50 Hour

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Tech? You’ll be:

  • This position will be responsible for the general appearance and function of the facility. They will be responsible for the amenities, appearance both inside and outside, restrooms, cafeteria, lobby, lighting, and general repairs and upkeep of the office and supplemental areas. The duties will include:

  • Lighting element replacing (light bulbs, and fixturing only)

  • Spill response (Non Haz)

  • Lobby and parking lot appearance

  • Inclement weather response 

  • Roof Maintenance

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Relevant work experience

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
