Kelly is seeking a Benefits & Leave Coordinator to work with our client, a global and innovative manufacturing leader, on a direct hire basis.
The Benefits & Leave Coordinator will:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, disability, and leave of absence
- Support benefits-related processes such as enrollments, billing reconciliation, compliance reporting, and employee communications
- Assist with retirement plan administration, including employee education and audit support
- Coordinate employee onboarding, benefits orientation, and related training initiatives
- Manage workers’ compensation and ensure timely reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate HRIS and benefits data across internal and third-party systems
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting requirements
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and organizational programs
- Assist with HR projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide general support to HR leadership and participate in cross-functional efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing benefits and leave coordination in a company with multiple sites and over 500 employees
- Direct experience with benefit integration during company acquisitions is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, benefits compliance, and HRIS/benefits platforms
- High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to effectively administer complex benefits and leave programs in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
