For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Contract Sourcer to work at a cutting-edge financial services firm in a fully REMOTE capacity. Sound good? Take a closer look below. You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$35-$50 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Why you should apply to be a Contract Sourcer:
• Make a significant impact by hiring front-line professionals who help members achieve financial freedom.
• Enjoy the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Join a fast-growing company where high performers often see contract extensions as we continue our expansion.
• Engage in a dynamic and innovative environment that values your expertise and contributions.

What’s a typical day as a Contract Sourcer? You’ll be:
• Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to its fullest extent—leveraging advanced filters, Boolean strings, and InMail sequences—to find passive CFP talent.
• Managing all candidate data and stage movement within Workable, ensuring our CRM is the single source of truth for the recruiting team.
• Executing high-volume, high-quality outreach to spark interest in Facet’s unique model and move candidates from “curious” to “interviewing” within 24–48 hours.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience sourcing for Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, or CFPs, and can speak the language of the industry (RIAs, Broker-Dealers, Fiduciary standards).
• Possess advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, knowing how to keep a CRM clean and maximize a recruiter license.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, motivated by speed, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing candidate quality.
• Have a rock-solid understanding of the CFP® certification process and the regulatory landscape (FINRA, SEC, etc.).
• Are available to commit to 40 hours per week for the next 90 days, with a strong likelihood for extension.

What happens next
Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit. But don’t worry—even if this position doesn’t work out, you’re still in our network. That means all of our recruiters will have access to your profile, expanding your opportunities even more.

Helping you discover what’s next in your career is what we’re all about, so let’s get to work. Apply to be a Contract Sourcer today!
