For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving—Kelly® hears you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist/Warehouse to join a premier client in Fife, WA.

Location: Fife, WA
Schedule: 4/10-hour shifts (7:30am–6:00pm) with Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off
Hourly Rate: $18.75
Assignment Type: Long-term contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for scanning based on client requests

  • Scan documents to electronic format using third-party software, ensuring high image quality

  • Complete internal documentation and tracking, including manual data entry when needed

  • Perform quality checks on scanned images and document any issues or errors

  • Reassemble documents to their original condition after scanning as required

  • Prepare completed work for delivery; ensure all required documentation is included

  • Maintain scanning equipment, troubleshoot errors, and perform daily safety checks

  • Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with Imaging Center guidelines

  • Use pallet jacks, carts, and occasionally lift boxes weighing 20–60 lbs

  • Notify management of any urgent issues, participate in safety drills, and report injuries or accidents promptly

  • Travel between facilities or work overtime, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment preferred

  • Basic computer proficiency and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational abilities

  • Physically able to move and lift 20-60lbs throughout the shift

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for changing projects
