Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Tucson, AZ 85745
Schedule:

  • Training: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1–2 weeks)

  • After Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    Pay: $16-18 DOE/hour, Full-time (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our team! The successful candidate will assemble, solder, and test electronic components and products in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut wire to length, strip insulation, and tin wire ends.

  • Cut shrink wrap tubing to length.

  • Solder wires and electrical assemblies.

  • Perform post-assembly electrical testing.

  • Mix epoxy and glue covers to assembled products.

Qualifications

  • Task-oriented with strong attention to detail.

  • Prior assembly or soldering experience preferred but not required training provided!

  • Basic math skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to read and understand test documents.

  • Basic knowledge of electronics.

  • Able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs to shoulder height.

  • Basic soldering operations.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Must pass a drug test (does NOT test for marijuana).

  • Able to complete a 7-year criminal background check before start date.

Additional Details

  • Dress Code: Casual—t-shirts and jeans are fine. Work boots not required.

  • Overtime: Offered and voluntary.
