Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Tucson, AZ 85745
Schedule:
- Training: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1–2 weeks)
- After Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16-18 DOE/hour, Full-time (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our team! The successful candidate will assemble, solder, and test electronic components and products in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut wire to length, strip insulation, and tin wire ends.
- Cut shrink wrap tubing to length.
- Solder wires and electrical assemblies.
- Perform post-assembly electrical testing.
- Mix epoxy and glue covers to assembled products.
Qualifications
- Task-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Prior assembly or soldering experience preferred but not required training provided!
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and understand test documents.
- Basic knowledge of electronics.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs to shoulder height.
- Basic soldering operations.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must pass a drug test (does NOT test for marijuana).
- Able to complete a 7-year criminal background check before start date.
Additional Details
- Dress Code: Casual—t-shirts and jeans are fine. Work boots not required.
- Overtime: Offered and voluntary.
