Compensation: $26.00 per hour (1-year Contract)
What’s a typical day as a Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst? You’ll be:
- Forecasting new service parts and managing part availability to meet production goals.
- Working with factories to maintain optimal stocking metrics and support supply chain strategies.
- Facilitating and participating in meetings with representatives from product support, engineering, marketing, and supply management to define service part requirements.
- Reviewing service part forecasts, recommending adjustments, and supporting ordering activities.
- Executing business activities that align with division processes, policies, and objectives.
- Managing the order fulfillment process to ensure timely parts availability, including developing and implementing strategies to meet the master schedule.
- Analyzing metrics and data to drive business process improvements and deliver exceptional customer service in supporting parts.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, or Supply Management disciplines.
- Bring experience in planning, organizing, and implementing engineering or supply chain projects.
- Possess manufacturing, operations, or supply management background, especially in purchasing, warehousing, logistics, service parts management, or procurement.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to use Excel proficiently.
- Exhibit excellent team collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Are comfortable creating and presenting status updates to diverse audiences.
Preferred skills include experience in a service support environment, familiarity with SAP and the Microsoft Office suite, expertise in data analytics and statistics, and generating reports from various systems.
