Experienced Electrical Panel Assemblers

  • Opportunity to work with a premier manufacturing leader in the heart of Santa Clara, CA.

  • Work 7am-330pm, Monday -Friday  Voluntary overtime and Saturday shifts available for extra earning potential.

What will you be doing?

  • Assembling, electrically testing, troubleshooting, and performing quality control on electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

  • Reading, understanding, and interpreting engineering schematics, bills of materials, and process instructions.

  • Using hand tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, HiPot testers, multimeters, and other standard power tools to complete tasks.

  • Performing wire cutting, unpacking, repacking, and other assembly duties with high attention to detail.

  • Verifying shipping orders, packing finished products, and inspecting inbound parts for quality.

  • Supporting ISO certification, maintaining quality documentation, and participating in audits and yearly training.

  • Receiving, documenting, and controlling incoming materials and managing non-conforming items.

  • Assisting with inventory management and other duties as assigned.

What is required?

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (technical school a plus).

  • Electromechanical or Electrical Panel Assembly experience is needed

  • Are able to read and understand complex schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials.

  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and critical thinking abilities.

  • Have experience in warehouse operations, packaging, and material handling

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and effective in communication.

  • Can frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and are comfortable moving about the facility, occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or balancing.

  • Are committed to safety—steel-toed boots are required.
