Asset Protection (Temporary Role) – Minnetonka, MN
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (Onsite)
Pay: $21.68/hr
Duration: 6 months, Temporary
Are you seeking a hands-on leadership opportunity in asset protection with a focus on safety and security? Join our team as the Asset Protection Coordinator! In this role, you’ll support daily security operations, oversee access control, and help safeguard our facility, employees, and visitors. You’ll also act as the go-to resource for security incidents, support investigations, and help train and guide your team.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily security operations and supervise Asset Protection staff and contract security.
- Monitor CCTV and access control, respond to incidents, and deter unauthorized activity.
- Support investigations, auditing, and compliance activities.
- Train and onboard new team members to maintain high safety standards.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations for safety and risk management.
- Participate in emergency response and security drills.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Security.
- Experience leading or supporting teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident reporting systems.
- Ability to work 100% onsite; some schedule flexibility and travel may be needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred).
