Shift: Monday thru Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
What’s a typical day as Human Resource Assistant? You’ll be:
• Responding to all inquiries via telephone and email, utilizing available tools and resources to provide effective solutions.
• Tracking all issues in the case management system from initiation to resolution while problem-solving and seeking guidance as needed.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Subject Matter Experts to resolve employee-related questions and issues in line with company policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Are able to adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain reliable attendance while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.
