Inventory Worker – Spare Parts Coordination

 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
 $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
 Full-Time

Job Summary

Ingersoll Machine Tools is seeking an Inventory Worker to support spare parts coordination and order management for machine tools and legacy equipment. This role supports customers, field service, and internal teams to ensure accurate part identification, timely quotations, and order fulfillment—especially during critical downtime situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer spare parts requests, quotations, and sales orders

  • Identify parts using BOMs, drawings, manuals, and ERP systems

  • Coordinate inventory availability, suppliers, and lead times

  • Communicate order status, pricing, and delivery updates to customers

  • Support urgent and downtime?critical parts requests

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and assist with cycle counts

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Technical degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–6 years of experience in spare parts, service operations, or industrial support

  • Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical components

  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)

  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
