We’re seeking a Quality Control Inspector to work at a premier manufacturing client in Chantilly, VA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate:   $18.50 per hour

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues:  5 p.m. – 5 a.m.

What’s a typical day as Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:

  • Performing quality control inspections in production to ensure quality standards are met and procedures are followed

  • Raising and communicating quality issues to other departments and participating in regular quality-focused reviews

  • Supporting and leading audits for internal and external organizations related to standards such as PCI, ISO9001, and CQM

  • Maintaining accurate and relevant records, including inspection reports, quality documents, and customer feedback

  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting cross-functional teams on corrective actions

  • Managing customer complaints and non-conformances through effective tracking and resolution

  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, including proper use of PPE

  • Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality control or a similar role (required)

  • Possess strong auditing and quality management knowledge

  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Are able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work a 12-hour shift with frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching

  • Are detail-oriented and comfortable handling small components and tools with manual dexterity

  • Can visually inspect products and read labels/screens accurately

  • Are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workstation and complying with all safety policies, including wearing PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves) in designated areas
