? Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Day Shift)
? Employment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire (as applicable)
? Work Setup: Onsite


?? What’s a typical day as a Finishing Operator I?

You will:

Operate finishing equipment such as sandblasters, balancers, and speed testers.
Perform grinding, cutting, deburring, and surface finishing of abrasive and ceramic products.
Set up and adjust machinery to ensure proper production output.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Load and unload materials manually or with lifting equipment.
Record production data and follow work order instructions.
Follow all safety procedures in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.


? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in production work.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
(Preferred) Experience in abrasive, metal, ceramic, or industrial manufacturing environments.
