Job Type: Contingent Worker (Full-Time, Temporary Assignment)
Assignment Dates: April 16, 2026 – January 31, 2027
Hours per Week: 40
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
General Summary
Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Columbus, OH. In this essential role, you will ensure that our customers receive the correct parts, in the right quantity, at the right time, and in a safe manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining the organization and safety of the warehouse while collaborating with other departments and supporting overall plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and participate in picking, packing, and preparing same-day customer shipments with at least a 98% accuracy rate
- Oversee and assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks daily
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area for all team members
- Collaborate with and support other departments as business needs require
- Participate in all mandatory safety training and ensure team compliance with safety protocols
- Address warehouse maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Competencies & Experience:
- General knowledge of warehouse leverage and maneuvering tools
- Familiarity with hazardous materials shipping procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or climb for prolonged periods
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 40 lbs (using equipment for items up to 100 lbs)
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
