Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift, Tuesday – Friday, 4:15 pm-2:45 am

What’s a typical day as Auto Finishing Operator? You’ll be:
- Working individually or with a team to assemble, label, and manually pack saw blades.
- Selecting work according to priority and performing requisite quality checks.
- Reporting production data to supervision and moving products between various workstations or inventories.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and the cleanliness and organization of your work area.
- Identifying priorities and shifting between various packaging workstations as needed.
- Communicating effectively with coworkers on your shift and across shifts.
- Following all safety guidelines and continuously striving to improve personal and team performance.
- Performing other similar or related duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Are able to lift, push, or pull 5 to 40 pounds (light physical effort required).
- Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Take pride in quality work, enjoy learning new skills, and are a reliable team player.
- Are comfortable working a 2nd shift schedule (Tuesday – Friday, 4:15 pm-2:45 am).
