Now Hiring: Machine Operator I (Milling Tender) – East Longmeadow, MA

Pay & Schedule

  • $22.00 per hour

  • 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do

  • Check travelers to ensure correct materials are used in production

  • Load and unload milling machines to maintain production flow

  • Feed material into toothing machines and manage finished product output

  • Keep equipment and work area clean and organized

  • Report material defects or issues to leadership

  • Follow all safety rules and use required protective equipment

  • Support production needs with additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Ability to perform light physical work (lifting/pushing/pulling 5–25 lbs)

  • Able to follow directions and work across multiple machines with minimal supervision

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify material issues
