Schedule: Mon – Fri 8AM to 10PM and Sat 10AM to 5PM EST (Flexible)
Compensation: $20.50

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Sales Agent to join our dynamic team, serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking insurance coverage. You’ll assist clients with their insurance needs—including Renters, Manufactured Housing, and Classic Car coverage—through live chat and inbound calls.
Please Note: An active 220 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license is REQUIRED for this role. Candidates without this license will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and/or live chats for multiple insurance products

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes and close sales

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and departmental targets

  • Ensure underwriting guidelines and corporate policies are followed at all times

  • Track, measure, and evaluate individual sales performance

  • Efficiently navigate multiple computer systems and applications for client management and processing

  • Complete all required licensure continuing education and training

  • Stay updated on all product, policy, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

  • Active 220 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license (required)

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in insurance or a call center environment

  • At least 4 years of experience working on a desktop/laptop

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task across multiple screens

  • Exceptional listening, negotiating, and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in all applicable states

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of sales and call center experience

  • 5+ years of computer proficiency

  • 1+ year insurance industry experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak)
