Legal Document Fulfillment & Service of Process Specialist
Location: 100% Onsite
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to permanent
About the Role:
Join our onsite team supporting Transactional Corporate Legal Document Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions. You’ll deliver exceptional service by analyzing and fulfilling customer requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving and escalating issues, and communicating progress to clients and internal teams.
You’ll help customers partner with government agencies to meet compliance regulations related to business operations—from startup to closure and everything in between. You’ll conduct filings, document requests, status and compliance checks, and manage the receipt, scanning, forwarding, and retention of legal service of process. Become an expert in Wolters Kluwer products and jurisdictional rules, contributing to customer satisfaction and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process state and customer documents using SOPs and Microsoft Suite applications.

  • Follow security guidelines and create process documentation.

  • Assist with issue resolution for internal/external customers.

  • Work with teams to implement process and policy changes.

  • Support training of customers and team members on products and requirements.

  • Analyze data, recommend improvements, and assist with reporting.

  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple demands with attention to accuracy and compliance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Excellent data entry and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

  • Proven problem solving skills.
