Communications Coordinator

Location: Remote (Dallas, TX preferred for occasional on-site support)
Compensation: $37.67/hour
Schedule: ~5 flexible hours/week

Our team is seeking a creative, motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team! In this flexible, mostly remote role, you’ll support our Foundation’s marketing and communications by drafting presentations, creating promotional and event materials, and helping coordinate campaigns and event collateral. If you love copywriting, enjoy graphic design, and are ready to take on a variety of creative projects, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Write and design presentations and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.

  • Support creative projects, events, and communications campaigns.

  • Assist with coordination of signage, giveaways, and other event collateral.

  • Collaborate with team members to support Foundation communications.

Who You Are:

  • Have hands-on experience with copywriting and graphic design.

  • Strong communicator with solid project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or junior/senior in Communications, Marketing, or a related field).

  • 1–2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or a related area (internships/academic projects count!).

  • Based in Dallas, TX, or able to be on site for major events (preferred but not required).
