Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Florence, SC 29501
Position Type: Temp to Hire

What’s a typical day as Mailroom Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Opening, prepping, and scanning incoming mail.

  • Prepping electronic mail via E-Prep/FTP.

  • Processing outbound mail using postal equipment such as mail inserters, postage meters, and computers.

  • Handling outgoing overnight packages as needed.

  • Performing other mailroom tasks as assigned.

  • Reporting to the Shift Activity Coordinator.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required).

  • Are able to lift up to 50 pounds (required).

  • Possess basic computer skills and data entry abilities (required).

  • Have prior mailroom experience (preferred).

  • Can stand or sit for long periods of time.

  • Demonstrate strong decision-making and organizational skills.

  • Are flexible to handle different assignments and can learn multiple policies and procedures.
