- Schedule: Monday-Friday – 7am – 3:30pm

What’s a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk You will:
- Management of all physical documentation. (original phytos, lab tests, inspection reports, import permits, etc)
- Knowledge and understanding of import/export regulations both internal and external.
- Data entry of documents into systems. (FTS, Velocity, Shipping Tracking tools)
- Ongoing data management (Seed inventory, shipment tracking)
- Communication/coordination with Agricultural Departments, customs and other authorities
- Physical packing, labeling, shipping of outgoing material
- Receiving and logging incoming material
- Professional written and verbal communication and updates regularly
- Document and handle all paperwork related to international shipping, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the FTE Bayer associate to coordinate shipping activities and ensure timely processing of documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and reporting on the status of exports.
- Provide list of seed to labor force and ensure they are packaged correctly for shipping to various international locations.
- Drop off packaged shipments at the shipping and receiving department, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to manage data and documentation effectively.
- Stay updated on export regulations and compliance requirements, including local county and USDA guidelines.
- Provide support in resolving any issues related to shipping documentation and customs clearance.
