Job Title: Production Operator
Location: JUNCTION CITY, KS 66441-8913 United States
Work Schedule: Mon to Thu, From 4:30 am to 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: USD 17 per hours
Contract: 4 – months (temp to hire)
Work Setup: Onsite

Qualifications:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Able to read and follow instructions and SOPs.

  • Competent in using computers and software for data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety protocols, procedures, and checklists.

  • Operate and maintain production equipment (e.g., printers, coaters, winders).

  • Assemble products, monitor production, and record data manually and electronically.

  • Clean equipment and work area regularly.

  • Identify and dispose of hazardous waste properly.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality and safety.

  • Suggest improvements for quality and efficiency.

  • Participate in quality, safety, and waste reduction initiatives.

  • Engage in training and development activities.

  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

  • Follow environmental and EMS requirements.
