Pay: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

What’s a typical day as Data Platform Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Handling unique or complex customer transactions outside of the platform as needed.

  • Processing customer transactions, updating, correcting, or altering transactions as requested.

  • Addressing platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Performing transactional functions to support business and associate team member requests.

  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of requests and transactions, ensuring data integrity.

  • Supporting platform adoption and collaborating with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities.

  • Generating data quality reports, providing insights, and offering general support for the team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a two-year college degree or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar functional area.

  • OR have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years’ functional experience, preferably at a senior level.

  • Possess strong knowledge of professional communication techniques and customer care.

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and have strong personal computing skills.

  • Demonstrate organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and provide insights.

  • Are a team player who can prioritize tasks and operate with urgency and results orientation.

  • Understands the importance of maintaining data integrity and optimizing business processes.
