At TE Connectivity, we don’t just manufacture products; we create the connections that power the world. We are looking for a Technical Documentation Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our Manufacturing and Process Development teams. If you thrive in fast-paced engineering environments and take pride in maintaining gold-standard documentation, we want to meet you.
The Impact You’ll Make
As our Documentation Coordinator, you aren’t just filing paperwork—you are ensuring the safety and accuracy of our global manufacturing builds. You will:
- Master the QMS: Own the lifecycle of technical specifications and work instructions within our Quality Management System.
- Collaborate with Experts: Partner directly with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
- Drive Innovation: Lead the charge in the digitization of manufacturing processes, identifying ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance: Play a critical role in audit readiness, ensuring our documentation is always accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: A background in manufacturing, engineering administration, or document control.
- Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with QMS platforms and CAD drawings is a major plus.
- Organizational Mastery: The ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects without breaking a sweat.
- Communication Skills: A “human” touch—you can clarify technical jargon and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
Why TE Connectivity?
- Stable & Flexible: Enjoy a consistent 1st-shift schedule with a 4:00 PM finish—no weekends or late nights!
- Professional Growth: Gain exposure to high-level engineering projects and cutting-edge process development.
- Dynamic Environment: Spend your time across our premier Arden and Fairview facilities, keeping every day fresh and engaging.
