Kelly Now Hiring-Machine Operators
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production processes.
- Assist with in-process manufacturing inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Load and unload parts in robotic manufacturing cells efficiently.
- Move inventory between manufacturing processes as needed.
- Assemble small products according to specifications.
- Clean, inspect, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
