Kelly Services is hiring Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Administrators for a client in the London, ON This role is responsible for managing employee security screening and ensuring compliance with Canada’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security assessments for employees, contractors, and visitors

  • Collect, review, and verify personal information for CGP compliance

  • Maintain and track approved and restricted individuals

  • Ensure controlled goods access is limited to authorized personnel

  • Manage and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation

  • Support CGD audits and compliance reviews

  • Coordinate visitor and contractor access requirements

  • Monitor ongoing eligibility and escalate potential risks

  • Support policy updates and provide guidance on CGP requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security, compliance, HR, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in security screening, personnel vetting, or regulatory compliance

  • Experience with the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) or similar regulated environments

  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to assess risk and maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of export controls (ITAR/EAR) is an asset

Additional Information:

  • High-volume, detail-heavy administrative compliance role

  • Strong focus on accuracy, documentation control, and process adherence

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, and deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
