  • Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

  • Location: Nashville, TN – Bridgestone Tower

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–11:00 AM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM)

  • Hours per Week: 20 hours  (Part time)

  • Work Setup: Onsite

  • Employment Type: 8 Months

What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Assistant? You’ll:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Scan and upload physical documents into internal systems

  • Ensure documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and filed

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records

  • Assist with outgoing mail, including packaging and shipping coordination

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and tracking logs

  • Follow strict confidentiality and document-handling procedures

  • Communicate with internal teams regarding document status or discrepancies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous administrative, mailroom, or office support experience (preferred)

  • Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Are comfortable with basic computer tasks (scanning, file management, data entry)

  • Can handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus

  • Have strong organizational and time management skills

  • Work well independently with minimal supervision

  • Are reliable and dependable

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with HR systems like ServiceNow or Workday

  • Experience with document management systems

  • Knowledge of shipping platforms such as FedEx or UPS

  • Experience in a corporate or high-volume work environment
