Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50 per hour
2nd shift-4:00pm – 2:00am Monday thru Thursday

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator Line Lead? You’ll be:
- Supplying all necessary materials to machines and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual carts
- Coordinating and scheduling production runs to efficiently meet customer demands
- Making accurate entries for production, scrap, and bin movement in Masterpack
- Conducting line changeovers and performing first piece inspections for quality assurance
- Following detailed work instructions, safety and PPE procedures, OSHA standards, Environmental Health/Safety rules, and ISO requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe workplace; complying with 5S organizational procedures
- Achieving daily production/output targets and consistently meeting quality and safety standards
- Coaching, directing, and training employees, collaborating with leadership and quality teams on issues
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous manufacturing experience (required)
- Have operated a forklift and can read measurements accurately (essential)
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Demonstrate proficiency in tape measure use and basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals)
- Can read, interpret instructions, and communicate effectively in English (preferred)
- Have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and show adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Are physically able to stand, perform repetitive motions, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand/eye coordination
- 2 years of lead/ supervisory experience
